People Doing Acrobatic Yoga on the Edge of 600-Foot Cliffs Will Give You a Heart Attack

Prepare to be half blown away, half terrified.

They say that yoga is about drowning out the outside world so you can focus inward. Thanks to a new video, man, we have never been more convinced of that. In a Trimr water bottle company-sponsored performance that is sure to make the bottom of your stomach drop out, a couple of athletes took to the 600-foot-tall Moab pillars in Utah for a little acrobatic yoga. Words don’t really do it justice, so let’s just take a look:

No biggie or anything. She’s just looking totally zen and not at all petrified like anyone else would be.
